Lemina is genuinely good. No idea about his personality but he's looked decent at actual football when I've seen him.

Tomori would be like signing Kurt Zouma three years ago and expecting him to play for a side wanting to push the top four/six. Laughable.

Haven’t really seen lemina much, but I think silva wants a number 6. I’m not sure lemina is that type of midfielder.

And why would we give game time to a kid from Chelsea, when we have are own young centre backs, embarrassing link.

Tomori would be a great signing at the right price, but I doubt if Lampard would let him go. I rate Gibson, but Tomori is two years older/further on than him. I would say he’s a more skilful defender than Zouma, but is prone to big errors , as you’d expect from someone his age. I Think a Mina/Tomori combo would be permanent squeaky bum time, it’s whether we have the time to develop him or want an instant fix like Zouma.

Only seen Tomori play once recently for Derby and he stood out actually. I remember thinking he looked pretty impressive at the time. I expect my scant knowledge will still be greater than many who will write him off and subsequently get into arguments over whether or not he'd be a good signing though.

On Lemina, going on what I've read, he seems to be one of these big talents who plays for a nothing club with no prospects for a very good reason.

Tomori is a big prospect but right now is nowhere near PL ready. Loan to Bournemouth written all over him. Make his mistakes and take his lumps out of the limelight at a team that will encourage him to play it out not just whack it out and be patient with him until he finds his feet without the boos raining down. As for Lemina...he isn’t really even good enough for Southampton so file under agent talk.

Don’t know much about Lemina, but if it involves two other former saints ‘favourites’ (scherderlin and Walcott) going the other way, I’ll drive them there myself.
