Fellaini to Chelsea, says his Dad?

Make him Captain in the summer and offer him anything and everything. Sign one of his mates from Liege. Give out complimentary wigs to every fan every match day....

Rooney aside, the only player we've had in my generation of being potentially truly world class.

I always keep my valuations of our players realistic, but I agree. For so many reasons, anything less than £40-£50 million would be an injustice for EFC.

You can tell he loves it here though. Hopefully he doesn't fold to his father's wishes so easily.

I was being realistic with his valuation. If you take Andy Carrolls fee on board, £50-60m is cheap.

Agents (whether parents or not) should not be allowed to make these type of comment in newspapers, just the same as the club making it known that they want someone imo. Once that the comment is out there then it gathers momentum if there is even the slightest bit in it, Pienlaars agent got his way and now Mo is the subject, sign the 5 year deal Mo or come out and state that this is true, maybe if agents fee's were taken away for unacceptable behaviour then they would stop it, last 6 months of contract maybe but not with 2 years left.

Next thing we'll be having Coleman stating that he will run down his deal ffs.

And between us, can we put in a collective effort to note vote Fellaini as our 'Player of the season'?

It would only be bad news for us.

Everton would get £27M max for Fellaini...not because he isn't worth £40M or so, but because the club's position is a weak one. The whole world knows we're in a massive mess financially. No club is going to offer top dollar to a basket case. They'll just wait us out...as they did with Pienaar.

I'm pretty sure I remember his Dad making them quotes a year or so ago....As has been pointed out, he's worth a helluva lot of money if Chelsea think Torres is worth £50 m...

Sorry I don't agree Fallaini be sold on the cheap and all besides Everton Football Club's financial position is a paradox of most clubs outside the top six; ahem cough cough.. totally skint.
Everton offered Peanuts what he was worth, he thought otherwise, imho we got more than a decent fee given the situation. All pretty simple really..
