A recent discovery, quorn nuggets are surprisingly good.

Very much agree. My partner is a vegetarian and we do a lot of fake meats. Gardein meatballs are also quite good with pasta. Morning Star Farms fake-bacon makes a fine BLT (since it's all about the tomato and mayo anyways), and I've even done quorn chicken nuggets on waffles with (real) Maple syrup and a splash of sriracha (plus bloody mary) for brunch. I will still eat my share of meat though.
