Only the Aussies, could produce something called, Dave‘s Ultimate Insanity Sauce lol

If used sparingly, it’s surprisingly good, in things like chiles and curries.

I love Dave's. The insanity+ is superb. So tasty. Hot as hell, but so nice.
The ghost, is ludicrous though. The Mrs and I cried when we had it. Then went back for seconds.

But in older age I'm a hienz salad cream person.
I reckon when mayonnaise became popular salad cream sales took a dive.
BTW the current price of the red and brown varieties is shocking.

I think I've posted this before, but in terms of good hot sauces, these are some of the best that I've tried. They are made in Hawaii and just crazy good. Cost an arm and a leg though...
