Favourite sauce

A good (stress good) Curry Sauce.

Historical wise, in my 60yrs, nothing beats HP Fruity sauce.

A leader among the sauce world as is HP Brown. ?

A kitchen is not complete without soy, so versatile. I was cooking some tuna the other week and almost stopped once I realised that we had run out of it. It was a devastating moment.

Too much soy can ruin an otherwise good dish, though i may be thinking of honey soy. Kin hate cooking though so my opinion is probably invalid.
