Yes....I had my young nephew visiting fron the States and that was his firat Everton game.

His reaction when that goal went in was priceless and I was so pleased his first visit to Goodison didn't end in defeat :)

Ahh right, that's nice.

Tricky Trev's v Bayern Munich 1985, I was in the Street End, just to the right of the goal about half way back on the lower terrace - still get goose-bumps thinking about it.

On the assumption that it's only the games I've been in the ground:

1 Graeme Sharp v QPR 1985 (although Mountie's was just as good a moment) - how can you ever forget Everton being crowned Champions?
2 all 3 but particularly Trevor Steven's v Bayern Munich 1985 - in the ECWC Semi
3 And it's gonna fall to Andy King 1977 - 7 years of pain eradicated (and yeah I remember Davy Johnson's in my first Derby too)
4. Gosling's last minute winner in the FA Cup tie v RS (in fact any Derby winner, Dave Watson, Wayne Clarke etc.)
5. Imre Varadi gets a pie in the face in the FA Cup tie v The RS
6. Andy Johnson's dramatic last minute winner v Arsenal
7. Beckford's 80 yard run vs Chelsea
8. Big Bob gets his 30th goal of the season v Chelsea
9. Wayne Clarke scores the only goal of the game v Forest (1988) - my 6 month old son was at home watching on television and shouted "dada" when the noise of the goal alerted him
10. Mo Johnston scores a pearler as Everton come from 0-1 down to beat the RS and move out the bottom three (I think the first and only time we've come from behind to beat them in a long long time)

If we're talking picture book goals - Arteta v Bolton and Fiorentina, Castillo v Standard (his only goal), Pienaar free kick v Chelsea, Saha's flashing header vs Chelsea, Ossie's goals v Larissa, Sunderland, West Ham and header where he outleapt Kompany vs City, Graeme Sharp v Spurs come to mind as well. Hard to forget Tim Cahill so maybe his last goal for us v Fulham last season is worthy of a mention.

Beattie Vs Fulham
Osman Vs Larissa
Arteta Vs Bolton
Arteta Vs Fiorentina
Johnson Vs Arsenal
Fernandes Vs United
Gosling Vs Liverpool

All for different reasons, some were great celebrations, some were quality goals

Rideout vs RS Nov 94. We'd been so bad up til then that my mate (seriously) turned to me and said -reckon we'll get at least a draw now! Not great quality but I've not enjoyed many more than that.

In terms of atsmosphere/emotion.

5. Yakubu, hat trick goal v Fulham.

4. Naysmith, leveller against the rs, when it looked like a nightmare unfolding only a few minutes before.

3. Duncan, late equaliser against Birmingham, turned into a great day later on with Palace beating the rs, i'd love to have been there a few days earlier for his winner against United.

2. Weir, last minute goal in 4-4 draw, some game that was.

1. Arteta, v Fiorentina, it didn't end well, but at that moment Goodison was going nuts.

In terms of quality.

3. Fernandes, v United, that didn't end well either.

2. Arteta, v Fiorentina.

1. Osman, v Larissa, what a goal that was.
