Fallout 3 - Best game ever?

Just completed Assassins Creed 2. A lot better than the 1st. More gameplay and a lot bigger. Batman:Arkham Asylum is good as well, just playing that now. If I have time to play games I prefer the bigger, more open worlds of Fallout or Oblivion though as they're just epic and you can spend ages playing them once you get into them. Fallout was slow for the 1st hour or 2 but got a lot better after you got out of the vault. Just got all 5 expansion packs for it on xbox live for half price so planning to go back to it over the weekend.

I'd have to go for Oblivion though, even though the graphics are a bit dated now compared to Fallout, the story and setting were more my type of thing with the medieval vibe. Can't wait for TES 5.

You'll probably like Dragon Age: Origins then. I've been playing that one now and think it's really good.

It's not one to be taken lightly either, in for a penny in for a pound. Best to wait until there
s nothing else on your plate

So I am now lvl 11 and it is even better this time around.

As I now how to play this time around I have been taking on Super Mutants as a lvl 3......with the combat shotgun and lots of specialization in guns....charge up to them, VATS and blow their heads off! Great fun!

My favorite weapon was the Vengeance (a Gatling Laser).

Found it in the Deathclaw Lair in the NW of the world map..

I went through Super Mutants and Deathclaws like butter.

Didn't work real well with the VATS but then again, I didn't need the VATS. Just aim and fire. :D

I just finished Fallout 3. Set it down for awhile and picked it back up.

A bit disappointed with how it finished for me as I hadn't done all the quests.

Still, a great game. I'm a PC gamer but I didn't have any issues with it.

Just bought Dragon Age: Origins and just started it. If you like RPG games, then this one might be for you. Stunning graphics. Still getting the feel of it but it was very highly rated by many PC game review websites.

Get the Broken Steel DLC, totally worth the 8 pounds. The games goes on after the ending. Takes the game to a new level, plus the voice acting is a hell of a lot better. (y)

Mine is Linclon's Repeater. A hunting rifle with ZERO spread outside of VATS. The only problem is it used .44 Magnum rounds with are limited in the game. It is found in the National History Museum.

Bill, reinstall the game and go through it again. You will love it even more all over again. And when I finished it, I reloaded a game then went off to quest into oblivion (no pun intended :P )

And did anyone else ever find the crashed UFO where you could get that awesome plasma pistol that vaporized pretty much anything in one shot?

I need to play Dragon Age. Got it for Xmas from the missus and I haven't even opened it yet :| I call myself an RPG freak!
