FA Cup Third Round Draw

Wondering if anyone could offer some advice. I live long way away from Liverpool these days and would like to take my little lad and his grandad to this game potentially if we can get tickets. It would be my little one’s first ever game. I know it’s guess work but do people think tickets may come available and if so what’s the best strategy to get one… I’m happy to buy memberships etc. Thanks in advance
There are always tickets available the week before the game available for members on resale, just mostly single seats.

You'd think the BBC would jump at the chance to televise live a fixture with two top-half PL teams, playing in front of 52,000 fans, at a brand new venue that is state of the art, for what would be its first live football broadcast at said stadium. But no, let's watch the rs against a mid-table League One side, hey?

After playing on a Thursday night in the 3rd round this past two seasons, I'd be quite happy for us not to be on TV and hopefully playing at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon and with sensible ticket prices it will hopefully be a full house with a big away following. The televised games for the 3rd round should be lower division/ non league clubs at home to clubs from a higher division (so Liverpool v Barnsley is a joke of a selection in that respect) and given the TV exposure of the premier league then I think just this once the public can live without the need to see ties between ourselves and Sunderland, or Man Utd v Brighton, it's a joke that they've picked the latter game and I certainly won't be watching it.

Haven't most people got sticks these days and they'll get any game regardless?
