I'd want to avoid Arsenal completely. Our recent FA cup record against them is poor.

Errrm mate we have only played them once in the past 35 years in the FA Cup yanno? and that was at the Emirates, only played them once in any cup in the past 10 years in fact

A few parallels to 95 are emerging...
No goal conceded so far (only a pen in the Semi blemished that)
Tough home game in the quarters with a solid first half/decisive 2nd.
Emergence of an established winger binned by a london club who performed brilliantly in the cup. Limpar/Lennon.

Bit ahead of myself but it has a similar feeling. There is a calmness about this cup run that wasn't seen in the League Cup games.

We can win this.

Monday night about 7.20pm uk time on the crap bbc's one show rubbish again, thought they give up doing it on that show, considering its been on the sunday last few draws
Might be interesting if Stuart Hall & Rolf Harris are Drawing the balls, I hope it doesn't run into Coronation Street. Oops!

Palace, obviously. They've been pretty dire of late.

Wouldn't mind Utd either to be honest - they've been DREADFUL lately, and would at least increase the chances of a straightforward Final if we get there

I wonder if we will get the 'media attention' team in the Semi, who have had a wonderful season - West Ham.

Dream final of Arsenal v West Ham.

Everton spank them with an unexpected sub grabbing 2 late goals?

I fancy..

Jessica Marais and for a Semi.. also Jessica Marais.

The way we played yesterday give us any of them. If big rom wants to score goals like that :dance::cheers: to the final all the way :cheers:

Niasse to Amokachi it in the semi!!!

Was supposed to be Palace v Everton on the 23/04 anyway so might as well be at Wembley?
As we all know when you get this far you have to be able to beat anyone
but I know we're weak at the moment & it's common knowledge our form is pants but as we proved at Spurs we're more than capable of beating anyone on the day.
Great to see the Toffee men stuff Chelsea yesterday.

We'll get the nearest alphabetically to 'D' , which is crystal palace. Then arsenal in the final, and it'll look like a school report: "D,C,B,C,C,A"

Or we'll get utd - if they get past west ham - so they can guarantee a north/south final.

Either way, we'll be the 'away' side of the draw (i.e drawn 2nd or last)

I just want to avoid Arsenal. It'd probably be a great tie for the neutral, but entertaining games usually end up being negative results for us, this season.

As long as we avoid them, I don't care who we get. All games are played at a neutral venue from now on, which I think will favour us.

I don't really share in the wish to get "revenge" on West Ham tbh. I can't be bitter about a club who have won zero league titles.
