F1 (2026)

Basically, it's going to be rubbish.

From a spectator point of view it might be brilliant. If cars are clipping at different times/rates then you might see changes in position at a frequency that you would never normally see.

Whether that can be classed as true racing or not is the question. From a purist perspective of driving flat out it's missing the target. Any corner that can only fit one car at a time will see the drivers slow to below F2 level as they try to harvest more energy.

Ferrari looking solid again and they've introduced a flap at the back of the car to use the exhaust gases for extra downforce. Apparently it could be quite difficult to copy as it would require a massive redesign of the rear of the cars. Will be interesting to see if it gives a significant advantage.

Their smaller turbo appears to be showing they need less time getting higher revs for starts, which could be beneficial if the regulations stay as they are.

Not only do HP manufacture monsterously bad and buggy printers that are solely there to shill ink 'subscriptions' rather than serve their function but they also ruin iconic F1 liveries.

That horror blob on top of the Ferrari manages to distract from their new wing it's that bad.
