Verstappens race engineer, Lambiase set to join McLaren as head of race engineering from 2028.

Verstappen has previously said he wouldn't want to be in F1 if he wasn't his race engineer, so worth keeping tabs on that situation, to see how it plays out

Think this has been lead from Max. Either he told Lambiase he won’t be carrying on, or he’s taken Max’s recent public comments on board and made his own mind up.

Not the first big name to go from RB to McLaren. Red Bull seem to be in permanent decline since Mateschitz passed!

That sprint race wasn't great but that was a great result for McLaren.

Sprint race was really dull but Lando looked well in control. McLaren and Mercedes looked to have swapped positions as the team to beat based on that performance.

I take back my previous idea that McLaren are the team to beat, how quickly things turned around for them. Kimi and Max right on it there.
