2nd pit stop, competely close the gap and then overtake in the dying laps on larger tyre delta

Merc would have blown quite a bit of the tyre advantage closing the gap, and will have a lot more issues in dirty air behind Verstappen.

I just think that was a terrible decision on this track where it's next to impossible to overtake in a remotely similar car.

Got to remember he was going to overtake him prior to Verstappen pitting, they will be hoping for similar fall off on the medium towards the end.
