What's gone on?
Since around May - it's very apparent that there's been a real lack of accessibility to customer services.
And those who wait an eternity to get through, are being given unhelpful responses like "No, your 8 year old has to have a smartphone to attend a game. Tough".
I must of had about 10x increase in queries to our emails and social inboxes with requests for help because they cant get a response from the club.
