Adineran has looked superb
Indeed , he's looked impressive, once he learns how to shoot he'll be great. Similar to Beni in some ways as a DFM but is looking to get forward much more. Charsley always seems to chip in 8-10 goals a season, I'm a bit disappointed with Antony Evans he looks like he's gone backwards in the past season, maybe growth spurt has affected him.

I think it's good to have Evans with the u23's this season mate, let Unsworth work on him. Positonally he is working hard on the right hand side, just hasn't shown that bit if magic he's capable of.

Goat should be watching this.

Unsworth had proved over the years that his blueprint game plan is base on passing, off the ball running, creating space with pace and highly dynamic setup with lots of movement. He stick to this philosophy and brings in the players that fit this style over the years regardless of losing influential player to the first team. Consistent efficient game plan.

What you reckon Eggs? I was impressed. In the days where everyone is obsessed with defensive midfielders or attacking midfielders he seems like a throwback pure centre mid. Little bit of Vieira about him.

..I'm not watching which is why I asked but spookily Viera came to mind when I watched a few clips. He looks tall but I think I read he's only 5ft 10in. I couldn't work out if he's an attacking or defensive midfielder but I love the thought of him simply being a 'midfielder'.

Dynamic, energy, pace, skill, entertainmentthink I'll sack the first team off and watch the-23's full time!!

It's like football with innocence... no hang-ups, no inhibitions, everyone going giving their all - it's like a nightmare... where's the mental fragility, where's the sideways and backwards passing, where's the running into blind alleys with no support ?

In other words, simple, effective football.

..and it's not easy to get that team ethic in players who are competing for first team places and big bucks contracts. Last season the team didn't have the best individuals in the league but they were unique in the mentality demonstrated. I think that truly is down to Unsworth and how the lads are brought up.

Took Dowell a while after his growth spurt to get back into the groove.

Oh shame! You'd have enjoyed this game so far. Maybe it'll end up on YouTube over the coming days for you to watch.

..there's a couple of spectacular goals on YouTube from him, indeed I think one was voted PL2 goal of the season.
