Stumbled across this this morning. Hopefully something the club knows that we don’t, but it seems like letting Levi Kendrick go elsewhere when he was a U17 international as an underage player would be a considerable loss. Dawid Gawel (FW) and Harley Windsor (DF) we’re both also in the Everton U16 group as well, but I can’t really speak to their quality.

I’ve followed the name with Wales but can’t say I’ve seen him . In all honesty Wales u16/17 have always been comparatively weak , back in the Ryan Astley/ Rhys Hughes days we had 5 players in their u16s/17s, only 3 I think got Scholarships with us . Luis Gardner is captain of the Wales u17s and Shea Pita another of our u16s was in the last squad too, I would imagine that Pita who’s 15, will get a Scholarship.

Yeah didn’t really expect Kendrick to be a world beater or anything, but I figured playing up a level or two in intl comp would at least be worth a punt on a scholarship. Agree that Pita should be a shoe in as well.

Speaking of Right backs, should we assume Lambert has had some sort of devastating injury? Last time we saw him was end of October I think

When Everton played Marine a few years ago, not many of them looked very good (Armstrong was a sub), but Sherif had an excellent game.

I wonder if he'll be able to make the step up? Him and Benjamin would he lovely.
