VAR has well and truly killed the game. Absolutely outrageous to even have it checked as it wasn't an obvious error by the referee, and even with the replays you cannot say he's handled that whatsoever.

It’s amazing how VAR just makes things up as they go. Way too much of the emotional human element to it.

This is why it shouldn’t be done by English refs, far too much bias involved.

Of course it wasn't clear and obvious he had about 1 second to react to it. The difference here is that normally they look to see if they can give something and with us they are looking for a reason to disallow it.

VAR has achieved nothing other than exposing how corrupt the whole thing always has been.
