That's true actually, definitely one of the most honest strikers in the prem is Rom. Probably because he knows he's not on pens and wants the goal himself.

And let's not pretend his passing, crossing, teamwork or even workrate were anywhere near even decent in this match (or the last several). He can sure score a goal out of nowhere occasionally, yeah, but when he doesn't (see: last few games) he's somewhere between absolutely abysmal and absolutely nothing special.
