Why wouldn't a manager (Koeman or Unsworth) give Lookman starts based on his performances coming on as a sub, when they can see the club are lacking any attacking threat on the pitch? From what I've seen of him, he's the only player who's confidence has not been affected like all of the rest.

Age - 20 - That's not too young.
Inexperience - Do his greater attributes outweigh his weaker attributes? I think so.

What am i missing? (serious responses only please).

I really hope the players can get themselves up for this. They need to try and set aside their nerves and play for the shirt. Our defence is fragile so we need all of our players to track back and help out.

I'm dreading it and I'm glad it's bonfire night as it means I will miss it.

Second consecutive international break I've been looking forward to.

You under estimate how gash we are, were not just in poor form, the sqaud generally lacks talent.

Our defence is poor but I don't think there is an overall lack of talent compared to the bottom 13 clubs in the league. We lack organisation and our confidence is rock bottom. Even without a decent striker we should be able to find a system that sees us comfortably around midtable.

The biggest challenge for any new manager will be instilling a bit of confidence in the team.
