Has anyone noticed that nasty trick Kane does , on our defenders, today? Seems to fit this idea of being passive. We also are not savvy and street smart - would get bullied or drawn in. Keane and Holgate are good, but perhaps even though all the 4 CBs are good, we need either our new captain to be one of them, or a leader amongst them, which they are not. Holgate is snide, but not clever yet.

I've always felt Keane and Holgate are too passive as a pairing.

We do need a top, senior commanding centre half.
