Its a truly remarkable effort. Only Bernard on the bench from an attacking viewpoint. Losing DCL when they bring on Kane. Yet we didn't stop playing. we had a ropy first 30 lets be honest, but once we got our goal it was just parry and thrust.

This team is good enough to at least try compete with anyone. Allowing ourselves to sit back and get pounded is unforgivable and we don't give ourselves enough credit. Hopefully the Man U and this game have given the players, and Manager, the self belief to use the ball.
