It was a clueless decision, especially after he saw what happened at Palace when he tried the same trick.

There was no justifuication for 'resting' Barkley. None whatsover. It was Moyeslike in it's stupidity.
There is, you utterly clueless (to use your digs at yourself) clown. Because players can't play 90 minutes EVERY game, because certain players have had a double leg break a couple of seasons ago and that's a potential bomb. Because maybe the player himself can say "look, boss, I'm not sure I can make the full 90".

Do you ever use your head to think or do you just spout negative BS about Kenwright/against Moyes (despite us not being connected in any way or form with him any more) in every given situation?

I love Bobby but after the game Barkley had against Swansea, the decision to bench him today was completely bizarre. I'm not having that he was tired, he's a young lad itching to play all the time, and will have been fired up after that swansea win. Sorry but Bobby has to take the blame for today.

Unlucky lads. Good second half. An early red card changes everything. Still thought you deserved a point. Mannone wow.

There was plenty of justification prior to the game. Busy schedule, Barry close to a ban, weaker side than Southampton for example. As it happens its not worked out but I say that if you want to challenge you need players in good form and they won't be in any sort of form if they never play.

I don't understand the point of resting one player in Barkley who is our most direct player on the pitch. Hope Everton smash Soton out of today's result.

Freak result, but it happens.

Pienaar, Lukaku and Mirallas are really letting us down though. Before the sending off we had so much of the ball but so few chances. The blame has to lie with them.
