There won't be much in this. Struggling on whether to go with a boring 1-1. or will we sneak a 1-0
Big decision.
I'll go with the 1-0

I was going to post something about international football being like masturbation and club football being like shagging but now I'm reading about Naismith and Neville. Plus we're playing Stoke so I'm going for a wank.

Hi guys, Stoke fan in peace here,

Just having a look around on here, like i normaly do with opposition message boards, and im suprised to see the comments about Stoke City. Usually i find teams ripping Stoke apart for how they play, the manager, players, fans or whatever else they can moan about, but its good to see a lot of you giving us credit.

Stoke City is not a good place to be now if you are a home fan. A lot of fans are now wanting to see a change in management after increasing frustration by the fans of how we play and the lack of excitement we are getting. At the start of the season everyone was expecting big changes with the arrival of Charlie Adam especially, although things havent worked out with him being played behind the target man instead of playing deep and being a playmaker. Also with Michael Owen (sorry about the former Liverpool players) joining, we were hopeful of finally bringing in a poacher who could play off the top man and grap 10-15 goals a season providing he is fit....never happened and is currently occupying thd 'bench warmer' position.

We were on a fantastic 10 game unbeaten run, but then its all gone down hill. Can't seem to create chances, can't seem to score but more importantly, can't seem to get points. The season really can't end quick enough if you're a Stoke fan and relegation is a serious problem looming in the back of our minds.

Onto Everton, and i have always enjoyed watching Everton. Always found them as a family club and enjoyed the banter whenever you come down to the Brit (providing you dont win). Seems like you have had a good season and the win against Man City really showed the quality your team has and the potential to challenge teams for the top 4. Anichibe playing with form, Osman finally getting the praise he deserves, Baines playing like Baines does and Fellaini being the powerhouse in the middle, especially when he is headbutting our players, but lets not mention that ;)

Pulis WILL set up for a draw and should the unlikely scenario of us scoring a goal, it WILL be one goal. Crouch up top on his own really does not work, so we are hoping for a corner, set piece, own goal, ANYTHING! Although i do feel your lads will have too much for us and i am going for a 2-0 Everton because Fellaini and Pienaar arent playing, else it would be more.

Players to look out for would be N'zonzi, Huth and Cameron. N'zonzi has been amazing for us this season and has been everything we have lacked in the middle for years. Wins the ball, and plays short simple passes. I have said all along i can see him fitting in Arsenals team, and he certainly has the ability too. Although his temper is something he needs to controll. Huth will be back from suspension, and boy have we missed him. Plays with passion, and a few elbows aswell, but him and Shawcross have a great partnership and are a great paring. Finally, an unsung hero in Cameron. His natural position is centre-mid, but has played left-back, right-back, centre-mid and behind the striker. But when he is at right-back, i really think he has quality, his tackling really is second-to-none and distribution is good at times. I'm not saying he is Baines, but he is good enough for us.

Sorry for the long post, enjoy the game. A few beers after the game should cure the dispare of defeat :-)

Welcome mate. Thing is for tomorrow game is that there's pressure on us to win or tail off the season without European football. This current Everton team sh*ts itself at the merest hint of pressure.

Do you own an XR3i?

I wouldn't worry, you will be suprised at how poor we are. Newcastle, we played well defensively and still lost. So no matter how we play we will loose!

And to answer your question, i don't mate.

Pah. Some work to do on my preview accuracy then mate.

From what I can gather Pulis is terribly negative in away games? You'll repeat last year's one nil mate and no mistake.

I don't know the stats but the sensation I get is that we are the ideal team to face when you're on a bad run of form. I always sh*t myself when a commentator mentions that our oppositon haven't won in umpteen matches or that their striker hasn't scored since he left school or something.

I know exactly how you feel mate, and it happened with Jones earlier in the season. Hadn't scored in 11 months or something and he popped up with a header againt you.

I hope your feelings are right mate, i really do

Yep,Everton are usually the ideal team when you want anything, a win,100th goal,50th win,1st goal ever etc lol
