I didn't know mate, only read the last page of this thread. Tbh Keane did nothing wrong and zouma is a better defender than holgate (imo) so same team isn't it as sigurdsson will be back in.

Ohhh, sorry mate!

Would zouma to play tbh. Think zouma and mina are going to be our cb partnership this year, so makes sense that zouma gets some game time.

It's going to be Holgate for Jags, and maybe a few of the new lads getting a sub appearance. I can't see any of the new lads getting a look yet. Baines played well against Wolves, and having some competition for his place, for the first time in a lo g time, we might see one last decent season from him. I'm thinking 3-1. Until our defence is properly sorted, I can't see us keeping many clean sheets

Speaking of Mick Channon; there was a 70s hit song called Shannon...about a dog that gets washed out to sea. Shannon was written about the death of Beach Boys member Carl Wilson's Irish Setter of the same name The song's writer (and singer), a bloke called Henry Gross, can lay claim to note, by being the youngest person on stage at the Woodstock* festival (with the band Sha Na Na)...he was 18.

*49 years ago today, was the third day of the festival...it was very wet and muddy.

We looked a lot like Everton circa 2017 in the preseason and have one respectable performance so far this season...

I think Wolves have been way overhyped, and seem quite toothless. Many teams who have done just as well as they have coming up from the second tier have struggled
