Similar to how we kept Sunderland up in Bobby's last hurrah, I suspect Everton will lend great assist to Southampton retaining PL status (and the bookies appear to agree)

I had a dream about this game last night. (I got confused and thought we were playing Stoke but close enough.)

We were 1-0 down and the final whistle was about to blow. The atmosphere was beyond toxic. Everyone was winding up for a tremendous postgame booing. Banners, protests, maybe some fisticuffs, the whole thing.

The whistle went, and immediately out of nowhere came this huge chant of “BILL’S A BLUE.” They piped it in over the tannoy and hundreds of grade-school kids fanned out all over the ground in blue T-shirts that said “BILL’S A BLUE” to keep the chant going. You couldn’t hear yourself protesting, and you couldn’t boo the little kids. It broke everyone’s spirits and they quietly left the stadium.

Just hope we have a good win, been a grim season for sure, but if we can win this one, ending the season with 4 wins on the run if we can beat West Ham as well, unbeaten in the final 6, and 14 points from 18 would be a good way to finish

Yep and at least we can then hibernate for a few months

I can't stand half the players, manager, board etc but I always feel better if Everton win..

A nice footballing performance would be nice as well for all those that gave out up with utter tripe for the vast majority of the season.

A thumping tomorrow on top of the 4-1 mauling they gave us earlier in the season and leading to Allardyces immediate departure followed by us biffing West Ham and sending them and Gingernuts spiralling to even further obscurity will be the only cheer of a wretched season.
And then to see Roberto lift the World Cup winning every game 4-3 and parade it at Goodison to show Gary and Tel from Old Swan what could’ve been.

That’s entertainment.
