Newcastle were much better than us, they dominated the midfield and had some of that pace stuff we horribly lack.

At least Moyes changed it at half time but how Osman stayed on the right I will never know, not that Bily was much better like. Distin proved me wrong though, so shows how much master tactician I am.

The biggest frustration comes from what I said at half time, not just selecting our best eleven and letting the opposition worry about us. We have a good eleven, maybe not as good as we thought like but still decent enough to beat Newcastle at home.

The biggest tell tale from this season has been us being absolutely wank up front, hence why we just don't have shots on goal. Same as this game, that needs sorting out.

Everyone is going to fume and froth and scapegoat everything, fair enough, Everton have ruined my weekend yet again but I can't help thinking that 4-5-1 needs looking at too, certainly not at home v Newcastle.

Anyway, I ripped them in my preview so it's only fair to say, well done Newcastle - you deserved it.

The only person to play well was Distin. Billy also showed why he cant nudge Osman out of the starting 11. Coleman in front of Hibbert next game?

We also need to move fellaini back behind arteta. There is such a drop off from him when he is out of position.

Beckford...NEVER GONNA BE GOOD ENOUGH. We dont play to his strengths so he's no use.

Osman...NEVER HAD 1 GOOD GAME AS A RIGHT MIDFIELDER IN OVER 3 YEARS!...but still gets played there.

Distin...YARD DOG.

Hibbert...WOULD BE AVERAGE IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP

Heitinga still hasnt shaken off the world cup. Arteta doesnt have a steady DM behind him.

Why was Fellaini still playing off Yak when Heitinga came off? It looked a mess with Bily starting out in the midfield, then right wing, then Jags ended up right wing....

Coleman....If Moyes thinks he cant defend then...I want him to put a transfer request in or go out on loan again.

Ben Arfa and Joey ******* Barton made mugs of us today. Ben Arfa is a right play.

Missed the boat did ya Moyes as per usual

Only disagree with this one.
I'm still sure if he had a partner up there he'd be alright.

However everything else you say is spot on.

I've nearly, very nearly had enough.

Let's be fair, with the exception of 30mins last week and Villa away, we've been [Poor language removed] in all 5 games

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ****** bored of this 4-5-1 and the awful selections Moyes is making

Sort it out FFS

Fulham'll **** us next week :-(

We havent been [Poor language removed] mate. Moyes has made tactial errors in the puzzle to fill the jigsaw. Mainly your strikers, who plays off the striker, and who plays the right wing.

And he's nowhere near figuring out how to solve it.

However...this game is atrocious. Truely awful.

Osman on the right doesn't work.

We all see it. Moyes doesn't.

Beckford not getting service so not gonna blame him at all. System isn't working for him. He's trying but when you touch the ball ONCE in the first 15 minutes, it ain't you.

Sorry but Moyes picks the team, he doesn't tell Distan to run past a man then blast it 35 yards towards Osman, when then has to run to the corner flag ot win it. Its the players who didn't perform. Moyes did everything he could, he put Yak and Coleman on an still it took us to 80 odd mins to have a decent effort on goal.

Never thought id say this 5 games in , but lets just get 40 points from somewehere because wer not good enough for a european push.

Two tough away games too come, both places where we have an awful record .

Hopefully we can do something in the cups , wouldnt go puttin much on it mind. To think some of us thought being out of the europa would be a good thing , case of be careful what you wish for could be quite some time before wer back there.

Well said they were good today but it hurts.

Really was expecting a lot more from your lot today. Your midfield was dominated by ours for the majority of the match. Arteta and Fellaini in particular were well off their best, Pienaar was largely anonymous.

Ben Arfa looks some kind of player, a class above in attack today, our players will have to get used to playing with someone with such an array of skills. Great full debut for Tiote, looks a very handy player and just what we've needed in our midfield.

Nervous moments for us at the end, with a very good block from Williamson, but overall IMO a deserved result.

I'm sure you will all be more worried about your own players disappointing performances - but what did you think of us?

I am genuinely concerned about what's going through the players' heads right now.

This result could really cause issues in the dressing room. If there's one good thing about Moyes, it's that he's a pretty strong character so hopefully he'll be able to keep their spirits up.
