Yes the substitution didn't help: the removal Bernard, who had been the glue off the game, really hampered our play and Niasse and Davies were both poor.

Nevertheless, the people blaming the manager over the eleven players who somehow were able to throw away a 2-0 lead, in injury time, against a terrible team...

... well, give your head a wobble. The real failing was their poor game management and fragile mentality with the commencement of Operation Squeaky Bum.

Unrela levels of absolute shytery mate, the likes I ain't seen for for 20 odd years ( I remember the Oldham match where. It happened)

I'm just sick of them mate, dominated, missed chances to really kill that game but hey ho 2-0 and up to 8th. Ohhh no, we've got a knobhead in goal who looks like he's had a stripe every fkin 10 minutes and can't compose himself and then our world champion most experienced midfielder whose won medals with De Bruyne of you don't know, just floats one into nowhere cos he's [Poor language removed] scared of just slowing the ball down

Subs were ridiculous but ffs 11 fat 50 year old Everton fans would have closed that game out. Its just embarrassing, every time you think that's the bottom we've hit, it gets worse.

Fkin sick of it all

I hate us mate, I really, really do.

We have to take positives from that .
For 90 minutes we played very well and saw the emergence of what Mois Kean can be .
We could have been 2 points off fifth tonight. But 2 months ago we were looking like relegation candidates .
We have a top manager who will know what is needed and who is needed .
It ended up bitterly disappointing tonight but we are in a much better place then 2 months ago.
It's all about letting the manager now improving who we have and adding his players to the squad.
Let's be honest this season was as good as dead after 10 games .
