@AndyC you promised me a "none of the clowns" option

You've broke my heart

Rest assured Chris, the "none of the clowns" option will appear if we ever see a performance of total dross again, it wouldn't have been right today.
Maybe I should watch MOTD and report of the RS... It sure as heck could apply to them today ;)

Are we talking about the same Bolasie? I can't remember him beating anyone with ease, he's turd. Absolute turd.

Get Deulofeu back to his best and stick Bolasie on the transfer list.
First half bolasie literally rinsed Uniteds whole defence and put a ball across begging for Mirallas to slide and tap it in, but he barely moved.

He was the best of a bad bunch in the first half but made no impression later. Deulofeu has lost a bit too. There's no difference between him and Lennon now

I've always loved the term 'off the ball work'....yet I much prefer players who do brilliant 'on the ball work' cross the ball a couple of dozen times, have a few good shots, and maybe score the odd goal.........

They do that by setting up the space off the ball before the ball ever arrives. That's why intelligent movement is so valuable at the top level, whereas pace without intelligence is effectively useless.

We became a better attacking team when Delofeu and Valencia came on and we started to play off the cuff football. Unlike the sterile lack of movement from Lukaku and Bolasie tosh dished up before. Mirallas was moving around a lot more today.

Instrumental in getting back in the game was Gueye. He took the game by the scruff of the neck and drove us forward and we looked more threatening. A big shout has to go to Gueye, as well, for having a go at Lukaku for his lack of movement. The same to Delofeu who had to tell Lukaku to get in the middle rather than being on the wing taking Delofue's space.

I'd like to see a front 3 of Delofeu, Valencia and Mirallas against Watford and leave Lukaku on the bench.
