Yeah he is far from good, but tactically he is a better fit than Siggy who is more of a 10, especially since James and Bernard don't help much either. Doucoure and Allan are going to be stranded imo

I think Gomes has been average at best this season. He hasn’t offered us anything for a long time. You should have seen how good he was when he was on loan!

These discussions pre game are quite funny. If the manager picks Sigurdsson he’s made the wrong choice, if he picks Gomes he’s made the wrong choice lol

Simply put neither are good enough and I know deep down the manager knows this, hardly a coincidence that the Isco rumours have surfaced and he hasn’t ruled out the possibility of a deal for him.
