Its a disgrace how under paced everything about us is. Players dawdling on the ball dithering and slow thinking for the passing option so losing possession. After picking up the pace with slick fast inter passing in the first half, we then descend into this messy half arsed sidewards stuff that gets us nowhere. As often as is the case with us, their players do the swarm on our man on the ball as though they have extra players, whereas we dont crowd the opposition yet still leave open space and gaps. Im concerned about our dead ball play and crossing too...the number wasted today was ridiculous. Sort it out, Carlo.

I think we need an explanation from Carlo as to why we’ve gone from world beaters to relegation fodder within a few short weeks.

Weak mentality.
Lack of effort.
Lack of focus.
Rubbish players.
Bad tactics.
Bad team selections.
Poor prep
Or something else?
We look totally unfit. United played 3 games in 7 days and still had more in the tank for the last minutes. Since Moyes left the standard of training has taken a steep dive!

Was poor today.

The bloke is playing so deep - there's no need.

Again, it's a system thing, though.

With Richarlison we can have that outlet and ball carrier to get us up the pitch.

Bernard did well today but he wants to drop in and get involved. He's not a forward.

Carlo needs to sort it because defensively we're abysmal and we're not getting the best out of our attacking players at all.

Agree

Midfield annonymous really along with poor defending.

DCL had nothing to go off today at all. Pathetic performance again.

Correct. His exclusion has gone on long enough.

He's just not actually that good, though?

Bernard started today and was probably our best player.

Gordon is alright. We're doing the classic thing of building the lad up when really, he's shown very little.

He should have been on the bench to bring on as an option but the issue boils down to our back-up options - including him - simply not being good enough. It's an issue that was blatantly obvious even when we were winning and should have been addressed in the window.

Second best to every ball there FFS, the midfield by far the worst culprits. DCL totally isolated, we seemed to set up far too deep today for some reason.

Work to do over the international break, for sure.

We've literally got one other attacker that wasn't in the squad and that was Gordon.

Yeah, would have been good for him to be on the bench no doubt, but the squad has been left short by our director of football.
I agree to an extent, but Gordon surely had to be on the bench. Even Nkounkou would have given a more attacking option. The type of bench the likes of Fat Sam or Koeman would get ripped for!

Solskjaer is spot on here, United having to play the early Saturday game was disgraceful...

Huge advantage for us, and we wasted it...

One of our best players in the early part of the season and hasn't played in our last two-and-a-half games so that today was the first game we've lost that he's played in.

He didn't even play badly.

We need a RB - we know that - but of our current options it's Coleman, Kenny or Godfrey.

So, of course he plays in our next game. Stop being an idiot.
Your just happy to pick up 40 points and finish 11th. Well it's crap.
