To me that was always going to be said if they won-lets not forget this has been v 10 men,and if they lost it would be thank god they play Everton so they can be up for the game and win it-that is the usual standard way things are said, dont think tonight has any effect on us sunday though it means they can rest a few as subs quicker, still think Everton win

If they had lost for me confidence would be low and an early goal for us would dent that even more . Could not care less what the media narrative on it is.
A good win for them tonight like it would for any team helps .

I expect us to go right at these from the off. Really hoping Walcott is back as our options in that position are absolutely horrific.

Really disappointed we didn't set this up to be a a bigger game against Arsenal, as had we won, this would have been seen as almost a CL six-pointer.

We have plenty of games left to make a run for Europe yet. Win this and we're back in the mix.
