It will be because Sigs pulled his legs away, but imo he didn’t touch it he was on the ground, what else could he do. Goal should have stood and had it happened up the other end, I would have been annoyed but still would ah e thought it should have been a goal. The VAR is over used some common sense is needed again.

He’s on his arse, not in keepers line of sight. Not even close to the goal line, and actually moves his leg out of the way to avoid interfering with play.
Not sure what the ref expects him to do in that situation?
