For me it was always extremely unlikely we where ever going to get anything out of this game, they are absolute light years ahead of us...this season comes down to how we perform against the lesser teams....and that is worrying...Sheff U at home FFS

Conceded 12 in our last 5 league games. Good job we have such healthy competition to put pressure on pur concrete boot brothers at centre half.

We were okay, looked decent in patches. Let's be honest though, they could have scored six. Some of their attacking play is unreal. I can't remember what happened at the end of it, but there was a move where they did about 20 things perfectly - right decision, right technique - in a row. Bit like Barca used to. Funny that.

Meanwhile we're on seven points LOL.

He is still playing like we have Gana.

Which was always going to be the main problem of selling him.

The 'poor in both boxes' line. He can't finish chances for the team, at the end of the day. I understand what you're saying but he doesn't make DCL miss from a yard out.
No but he plays him

We were lucky not to be on the end of a Watford scoreline honestly

I know we all want to think that if we play hard and do the right things, then we should expect to beat City. But I think if we’re being honest, the only way we beat City is if they play badly. Our back four, both individually and as a unit, just aren’t good enough to stop their firepower. And even when we have the ball, our midfield can’t cope with their pressing. I hate to be defeatist, but it’s true.

Exactly.

So we did what we could in that we tried to get at their defence. And we did just that. Didn't finish the chances as our players aren't good enough/Ederson made three really good saves.
