Wow. Struggling to pick a MOM. Haven't had this problem all season.
Richy, Pickford, Godfrey particularly good but I had to pick Delph for all the slagging I've given him.
Well played blues to a man.

He has a calming composure which helps the other players, staying fit is his problem, Allan was good and he helped by talking to his teammates especially calming Pickford down with a few words and telling him to take his time clearing the ball. The big disappointment which everyone can see is Dominic, he did absolutely nothing today to help the team stem the attacks by United never mind doing his own job and I’m a fan of his, but there is literally nothing about his game to admire since he came back into the team, he is an handicap at the moment and doesn’t remotely look like adding to his goal total. Sorry to go on too much about one player when we got such a vital battling victory on the day, three more wins might just keep us up and a couple of away draws wouldn’t be sniffed at.

IF we can play like that for the remainder of our games, which btw wasn’t one of our best performances. But if we can play with that desire and commitment as a team for the rest of the season, then I feel we will be fine.
