Even so , players are meant to know where to be on set pieces. Zonal marking isn't stand wherever you like and hope for the best!

It's putting them in areas where they can cover the running or close swinging ball in simplest sense.

Standing in a line and not picking the centre half up is just them not having a clue where to be or what to do
