Braiden Graham offers 10 times more of a goal threat than Barry. When managers and coaching staff can’t see that, there is something seriously wrong. What are Moyes et al doing persisting with barry, trying to prove he was worth the money? By playing him they are making themselves look increasingly clueless.

Let Braiden stay where he is playing and getting experience bring him up and sit him on the bench getting nothing

Our subs coming on and negatively impacting the performance. I was going to say we never get any impact from our bench but that's not really true. Unfortunately our subs usually impact the game in the wrong way.

We deserved a point (at the very least). We dominated a lot of the game, but those sort of details are forgotten, as the only thing that history will record is a home loss for our first derby at the new place.

A string of bad decisions in the latter part of the second half cost us dearly. Money needs to be spent wisely this summer.

100%. It's the "knife to a gunfight" "expected losses" "you've had good times" "plucky little Everton" culture that still infests the club.
Teams that are less talented than ours can go a beat teams like Liverpool and united and Chelsea, but with us there is an inferiority complex that has been reinforced for years both internally and externally.
I don't know if we will ever be rid of it.

We will, these things require a " culture change"...this can sometimes take forever or happen almost overnight with the correct " man management". These are all professional athletes with similar levels of talent...man management is huge when deciding what teams turn the corner and which ones never do...
