So we should stick to having 7 defensive outfield players for the rest of the season and hope we get fluky goals like at palace? Im sorry, but goals is what wins you matches. Most of the goals against us came from our mistakes not because we had gaps in our defence. Now he playing us so we can recover from our mistakes, not to stop making the mistakes in the first place.

Rogers didn't play Ibe for the good of his health. He played him/sterling/coutinho in order to catch us on the counter. They were set up to catch us on the counter. In the same way we were to them, difference is they are full of confidence and we were not. A defensive performance like today will give our attack far more freedom to play in the future.
