So for all the hype I'd say that Gerrard was one of the most anonymous players on the pitch. Was it too much for him?

At 1st half Besic chased him everywhere. Second he tired a little. It was a fight rather than a match and I can understand that RM tries to gain confidence to the back 4 in terms of keeping the clean sheet, but this was boring.
