We are currently crap. But things can change quickly in football.

We are still there. Hopefully we get another handy draw, improve our form, maybe a signing, and you never know what shape we'll be in come 3 weeks time.

There's no point slating everyone because we were laboured.

I didnt watch, but perhaps their goal, which sounded a bit soft, gave them a shot in the arm? They are a decent team, in form apparently, with 5000 fans getting over excited. Happens year in year out in the 3rd round.

The anomaly in the matches so far was Spurs putting 7 past Tranmere, not Everton having an unexpected, (league position wise), battle against a spirited visitor.

The pressure Silva was under as manager of Hull and Watford will have been miniscule compared too being the Everton manager, massive test of his character now.

That's what worried me. We look fairly comfortable up to the point until we conceded and could (should!) have scored more, but then the nerves completely set in.
