i think the midfeild is where we won it , cleverley was very poor with his tackling and his distribution allowing us to get the ball and ease the pressure as your wing play was excellent but luckily for us kone was at another game i think. lukaku was decent today but he had a lot of chances.

good luck for the rest of the season lads and merry xmas

he often is but for reasons I struggle to understand lots of fans rate him ... seemingly Martinez too. Average squad player at best IMO.

I don't think you won it in midfield, Barkley and Barry had very good games .. the former bettering Kante regularly & Barry has been good all season. Where you won it was clinical finishing and your 'counterpunch style' & pressing game that you play. Little Japanese bloke was extremely annoying.

Merry Xmas too and all the best for the rest of the season.

You're not wrong. It's not bad luck.
Totally dis agree ,the margins are so fine this season its unbelievable. We could easily have another eight or nine poins, and we would be right up there and this forum would be really positive. I listen to the phone in's and they make me cringe "sack Martinez" yeah that's right lets panic!

I think to be fair we marshaled Vardy and Mahrez pretty well, telling that the first opportunity they got space in resulted in a clinical break leading to the pen. We let ourselves down time and time again with our defending.
Best of luck for rest of season, be fantastic if you won it but also fantastic if you finished top 4.

See...I can't be having that personally

If Leicester actually finish top 4 - which they stand a better chance than anyone below em - it'll just show how poorly managed Spurs, us and the RS actually are.

It's embarrassing from top to bottom for those clubs.

Is sacking a manager who boasts less than one win in three from the last fifty games really a panic though? The law of averages dictates that you will occasionally be on the right side of these fine margins. I can only really think of West Brom.

I'll ask again - at what point does "bad luck" simply become incompetence?

I'm somewhat disappointed that @Blue Cheese (he of the 'preverbial' sniggers and tee hees) has apparently retired to his mouldy midden to presumably prepare eviscerating riposte (with even greater spelling and grammatical errors, I'm supposing). Can't wait lol
Yep, got me again, shame on me for being away from GOT on a Saturday night. Played sir L O L

Respect your opinion but not having the bad luck thing. Having not beaten a top-half team in almost half of the season and having won sixteen league games from the last fifty one, at what point does bad luck become incompetence?

Before todays games we were fifth if the league was based on goal difference and nothing else ! But of course it isn't! We are also making chances, and have hit the post/bar relatively often. 'with a bit of luck' we would have possibly 4 more points. We are still well in the mix for top 4/6. For the hard slog through January and February we have a good depth to the squad. Lets see were we are for the final run in.

Infuriating player, I cant disagree with your assessment on him today , yet last week the first half he gave an absolute master class in midfield play.
