Chelsea went down in my estimation today.

Classless club. Cheating rats on the park. faking the injury and then surrounding the ref who bowed to their magnificent sky fourness and duly sent Coleman off.

The goal was vindication. For the dirty low down chelsea cheating and for Beckford proving himself at the very top. Went through 6 players I counted - the back four and a few midfielders as well as the keeper and an exquisite chipped finish that all cech could do was get a hopeless touch on. Ok he had a few lucky bounces but if that was Messi everyone would be creaming themselves so hats off to the lad.

A bit more belief and we'll have more than a good little player on our hands there.

Now get out of Liverpool you cheating Chelski garbage.

Just seen the goal, Typical beckford. Great pace, dodgy control, lucky bounce, should have passed then a great finish.

Pretty much sums up his career with us at Leeds.

I can see he has the fans undecided as he did over here but you've gotta love him, gave us some of our greatest moments over recent seasons.

Probably been mentioned but.. with 3 games remaining, one poster said that we'd beat City and Chelsea and lose to West Brom. Not many actually argued. Sums our season up a bit. 19 points taken out of a possible 36 from the teams above us. Weird.

Soooo proud of all the players today. We looked like world-beaters for big patches of this game, some superb passing, and as james martin points out, 19 points from the 6 teams above us. If we just did the same againts the other 13 - not even any better - we'd have had 60 points.

Need 3 new players next season who can unlock packed defences.

This season has just been a mad mix of top performances and pish performances. Its been a roller coaster ride, but thats the blues for you. So chuffed today, good atmosphere in the second half and a great goal to finish the season with.

That's a stunning goal, first time I've seen it. I heard on the radio that he ran from the edge of the penalty area to beat a few players, didn't realise it was OUR penalty area!

Well as predicted,City win,Brom loss ,Chelsea win.And what a win. Beckfords goal was superb,ok he got some luck but he made the luck.I was screaming for him to dragged off then he does that!The ref was a disgrace Alex should of walked ,how he never only Walton knows.We should have won by more but am a happy blue today. Now I´m braced for the silly season.

Brilliant result. Nearly snapped my glass back when celebrating but was well worth it. I looked around the ground during the celebrations and the ground was bouncing. When will these opposing players and refs realise that upsetting the Goodison faithful is not a good idea. Only ever one winner when the goodison faithful get angry. God I fcuking love this club.

I have to say not that we dont already know it anyway but Everton are one of the best teams for pulling together when and if they go down to 10men,roll on 17th June for next season's fixtures and the countdown to the 13th August has started for me and others already,be bored like hell now for months waiting.
