Everytime we get back into contention for Europe he drops a bollock with his team selections and back to square one.

Totally understand why he played Holgate and Godfrey last week.

But we're up against a team with two very attacking FBs, who get crosses into the box, and also have Watkins hassling.

Gomes offers nothing in midfield, whereas Davies, for his faults, gives a basis from which to build.

It's simple stuff. Not helped by no James though even then the midfield would have been dead slow.
