Also I would say that I think both Gordan and Godfrey had challenges reviewed by VAR that could’ve ended very badly for us. Neither was a red for me, but i could see how a ref could take a different view. Hence, some you get some you dont. I think that went it our favour because we were the home team and the 2nd offside goal was so tight. There would’ve been a sense of injustice about it.

Great relief to hear that full-time whistle blow. Biggest worry last night was how quick they got the ball from the corner flag to Aubamayang and almost equalised. Initially Richarlison done so well but then gave it away.

Game management needs so much more work. Obviously, if Iwobi slots and makes it 3-1 it's comfortable.

Richarlison proved me wrong last night, thought it was his best all round performance for us. I was beginning to lose faith in the lad

Superb fightback. Gomes looked solid driving forward in midfield, and Gray needs no words, but that was immense from Richy. He'd be one of the first players you'd expect for his head to go down after having one never mind two goals narrowly disallowed but to keep driving us on and equalise like he did, brilliant.
