I've never fathered a child (knowingly!) so can't comment on the joy that moment brings, but is there a better feeling in the world than the sheer euphoria and joy that those scenes give?

I know we are delighted but I actually don't think we were that great throughout the whole team today. Arsenal were very weak so we didn't really have to be, but there was lots of poor decision making by the attack. We wasted good chances to punish them a lot more.

However the main reason I say this is because it makes me imagine how bloody good we will be in the future when Bobby adds a bit more quality!

When oh when are we going to stop taking the gloss off our performances when we beat a so called better team, by saying they were bad or weak. Everton are playing just as good as these teams so if we beat them it is because we played well and not that they played bad. I also recall the close defeats against Chelsea and Spurs and the draw against Arsenal whereas people decided that we should have won because they were bad. We need to give a bit more credit to our own team. This season we are good.....very good in fact and this can make other teams look not as good even though they are very good

honestly though, for the first time seeing Lukaku celebrating today all i could think of was what Alan Ball said, and reckon this won't be the only season he's here like, almost looked like a weird father son combo seeing those too celebrating, Mentor Martinez perhaps
