Now that its finished, I think Taylor actually helped us today. He was so bad that it got the fans raging, the players seemed to respond by getting wound up and we saw a bit of fighting spirit, putting a foot in, battling and getting in the refs face etc - none of that meak attitude we have been seeing recently.

Hopefully good for the team spirit especially as its a win and clean sheet too.

Glad it was Bournemouth and not Spurs in the first half hour. We would have been buried. We grew into the game and deserved it in the end. Our game management at the end was like Fred Karno’s. At least they fought for it and it was a win we desperately needed.

We needed someone to score from Lookman's crosses. On comes DCL and GOAL! . Take that haters lollol

I was torn between Lookman and Digne, but went for Digne for his overall contribution. As others have said the ref was garbage, every 50/50 challenge resulted in a free kick to Bournemouth and he was waving yellow cards like semaphore flags. Very poor.

It wasn't a very good game, maybe the wind and rain didn't help (or does that sound too Kloppish?) Still I'll take 2 goals, a clean sheet and 3 points ta!

I thought we were decent today after we woke up and got going. The last 15 minutes of the first half and the second half until Walcott came on was really solid stuff that we can build on. Actually more to work with here than after the Burnley game.
