Not sure about the quality of the opposition here but Anthony Evans has been outstanding I reckon.

Anthony Evans looks a level above. Beni has been quietly doing his business too.

..not sure how accurate the article was but I did include in one of my morning transfer round-ups that a number of Championship clubs are interested in Evans because he’s in the last 6 months of his contract.

I note in Jagielka’s excellent coverage that he thought Evans has a big future at the club.

Best part of the match for me was seeing Seamus going in for a full blooded 50/50 in the first half.

Love watching our young teams though. There isn't the fear that is so evident in the first team.

Got a great style about him, comfortable on the ball, can pick a pass and looks like he always has a goal in him

Could it be the rumour I have just made up, that we agreed to sign Bryan of Bristol City after they were knocked out of the League Cup, and that Evans will go on loan for the rest of the season, new contract permitting.

Have Really liked watching Evans since his u18s there is no doubt about his ability his balance .he does seemed to have stalled Abit and I was surprised he was into the last six months of his contract .like to see him get another contract and possibly a good loan move .

Evans did look good but he was allowed absolutely acres of space. He wont get that in the prem. You're right about Beni, he was quietly efficient.
