Why's Garbutt not playing ahead of Martina again?

I mean yeah, not 'world class' or anything, but he's obviously better than Martina.

Reminds me a lot of Hinchcliffe how he plays,Andy wasn't the best defender in the world but had a load of quality in his left peg.
