What I dont understand is why Romero is so happy just sitting on Utd's bench? (Or not even sitting on the bench).

He has been happy to sit on a bench throughout most of his career.

It does feel like unfortunately Tosun will be playing a part again. It is tough to find strikers who want to back up someone playing as well as Dom when you don't have Europe.

....unless Simms is more highly thought of than Tosun.

Not sure about players not being prepared to come as ‘back up’. I don’t think players look at it that way. They’ll know they’ll get decent game time and earn top dollar at a club like ours.

if we don’t bring anybody in, I imagine it’s more to do with the right players being available, whether they arebetter than what we have given Richarlison can play CF in this system.

I'd rather wait 2 months and get the right players in than just settle for anyone right now.
