Sounds like if we'd met the £9m valuation then the player would have taken lower wages to come here. Seems plausible to me, Hulk took the big money route in Russia and he already wants to jump ship.

I'd say we have two main targets, midfield and striker. dunno why i think this. I would say maybe 6m this window and maybe guarantees made for installments in the summer to the tune of about 10m. All of this is guesswork and fanciful thinking though.

I could live with him staying tbh but he could be funding other things. Again fanciful thinking, but Capoue could play CB in theory as well as CDM.

That's why I blame Kenwright cos he is skint. A CM who wants to come and will surely help us to get 4th.
