In the long run yes, but Harrison looked fit as a fiddle in that first preseason game, I think there will be some good competition in the first 5 games

Nothing at all wrong with competition, do people still think we will go for Gnonto as that is what we are really lacking, real pace.

Rumours that may have legs for me was the very early link with Bove at Roma and the link with the young Chelsea lad they got from Rennes (although without an option I don't see that as being something we'd pursue)

Yeah Doucoure (sp) has never convinced as cm, just clumsy reckless challenges all around the box (people seem to think because he occasionally has an excellent game there he can be consistent - he can't) - Gueye is at an age when his legs could suddenly just go on him, the young villa lad as you say could come good but there's nothing saying he's ready right now, leaving just Garner as the only cm we can with certainty rely upon.

One million percent need at least another one in there, and hopefully hope the Saudis come back for Doucoure too
