He was injured for half a season with a bad meniscus injury, came back and has been featuring for them and scoring quite often.

Doubt it happens.

I think he will get game time. Kroos has left + Modric will play even less. Either way, if he leaves it will be at a higher level than us.

We had him on trial and I think we offered him a contract.

Yes he played for us in the GENERALLI youth cup - a pretty big/respected cup for youth football.
